chick
There is any hope to get this card working under Mac OS X 10.4.3 or higher? How could it be possible ? There's no intel mac with PCI ports, so don't expect any driver from EMU. Maybe the new intel power macs will have support for PCI cards so wait and see

thrunner
There is any hope to get this card working under Mac OS X 10.4.3 or higher?Well, you are both right. If the PCI bridge is supported (eg Intel 915, 945 & up chipsets), some simple PCI cards could work (eg firewire, usb). The Creative E-MU is another story. No Creative sound card has worked so far and it is unlikely Apple will support or use a product from Creative.
enb14
PCI Cards are working with included mac drivers but if yours doesn't comes with osx you will have to wait until Powermacs are available and only if they have PCI ports developers will release drivers for it.
