Ok thanks Zedr0n but I'm not using any frame limit/skip option in CPU window.

I tried from my original DVD and from a .bin I created, it's ok the problem is not from there.
I tried to disable one by one MTGTS DC ... but same bug.
I tried to change the conf of ZeroGs ... same bug.

Always the white window and the "bus error" in the terminal.

~$ /Applications/pcsx2/bin/pcsx2 ; exit;** (:6666): WARNING **: Couldn't find pixmap file: pcsxAbout.bmp_openfile /Users/adrien/Documents/ff XII/FINAL_FANTASY_12.bin 0detected blocksize = 2048isoOpen: /Users/adrien/Documents/ff XII/FINAL_FANTASY_12.bin okoffset = 0blockofs = 24blocksize = 2048blocks = 1976400type = 2ZeroGS: creatingZeroGS: 41 : 16 ZeroGS: Got Doublebuffered Visual!ZeroGS: glX-Version 1.2Xlib: extension "XFree86-VidModeExtension" missing on display "/tmp/launch-RRmren/:0".ZeroGS: Depth 24ZeroGS: you have Direct Rendering!ZeroGS: *********ZeroGS: OGL WARNING: multiple render targets not supported, some effects might look badZeroGS: *********ZeroGS: ******ZeroGS: GS WARNING: Floating point render targets not supported, switching to 32bitZeroGS: *********ZeroGS: Disabling MRT depth writingBus errorlogout
edit: I tried to launch it from xterm. This time I no longer have the "pcsxAbout.bmp" bug, but still the same Bus error.
maybe the problem is this :
Xlib: extension "XFree86-VidModeExtension" missing on display "/tmp/launch-RRmren/:0".

Okay, my problem and what I did is all in Adrien's post above. I get the same message and everything. I could've typed the exact same post and it would be true. :(;

I've got the same problem as Adrien and Death Blade. I tried all of the fixes and the Xmas package, but to no avail... Is this just a problem with the Intel GMA 950?

I don't have a macbook, so i can't test and say if it's the problem.

Btw, The comments section on the blog are becoming hard to read, so I've decided it's time to start up official forums for the project. Welcome!

Thanks for the forums man! :P

I was wondering, if I were to compile pcsx2 from the source on my Macbook, would it fix any of the problems that I'm running into?

No, the binaries aren't dependent on where it's compiled

Have you considered porting the new PCSX2 PG? It really is a significant improvement.

Hi people,
someone can help me on this problem?
I try to launch X11 from PCSX2 running these commands:

cd /Applications/pcsx2/bin
./pcsx2

error 1: Can't create gsLog.txt
error 2: GSinit error: -1

these errors after you open the configuration screen

if I choose the path of the plugins gives me this error:

I also repaired the permissions like this:

chmod 777 /Applications/pcsx2/bin/plugins/*
chmod +x /Applications/pcsx2/bin/pcsx2

anyone know where I wrong?
it happens on both computers in signature

Thanks!

Would this work with ATi 1950 cards?
