i was installing dreamweaver, and i accidentally installed the ppc flash player during the install. now my flash is screwed up for my intel binary browsers.

i've heard that the intel flash plugin is in the install dvds i got with my iMac, but i can't seem to find them, any suggestions?

Pacifist (with an I, sorry) is a shareware application that allows you to manually extract the contents of mac installer packages. You can find it from the usual mac shareware download locations, just google it.
