giGGler Posted June 11, 2008 Share Posted June 11, 2008 Hi, I have windows xp and I have partitioned my disc having now 3 primary partitions using mbr scheme. I am running iAtkos v2 but the startup console log shows something like 'unable to mount xxx'. Then disk utility cannot format the selected parition, it just try to remove fat32 but then I am stuck. I am not quite sure but how do I know if there's an issue with my chipset/controller?? I know some people had leopard on a vostro 1500 but this laptop has multiple configurations (nothing new under the sun) so, to be fair, it's hard to know if the controller is now a problem to me.
