MacVertigo
Ok.. so I know that I can use "some" mp3 files as ringtones on the iphone.. but I really want to use "Joe Satriani's Crowd Chant".. its the song played after the MN Wild score a goal.. and it would be great to have it as my ring tone.. so I guess I'm wondering if anyone knows of a utility or a special way to use any mp3 as a ringtone.Anyone have ideas?******NEVER MIND!!!! neesh0
There is another way that works with mac and with windows. The program is called Iringer, it allows up to 30 seconds of a track to use as a ringtone, heres the site: http://www.iringer.net/
JedixJarf
Just use GarageBand!!! it works great. you make a 30 second clip then export as a ringtone(m4r) to iTunes then sync it with your iPhone. It doesn't get easier than that.
