ionize Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 I'm normally a Windows uses and am completely clueless how to do the following: I try to get a 48x CDROM drive to work in my Compaq Evo D500 system. I have added this CDrom drive after installing 10.4.11 OSX. The motherboard uses the Intel 845 chipset. If I just plug it in, nothing happens, OSX seems not to see it.
