rast4man Posted June 4, 2008 Share Posted June 4, 2008 I recently took the plunge into the Mac world and so far I'm happy. I am having a problem with trying to get the wireless working (ethernet won't work either). I run a Custom Sager laptop with the Intel 4965 Wireless Card. I also have a Linksys WUSB54GSC and Belkin F5D7050. I read some of the articles regarding the Atheros chip installs, but nothing will work for me. I did download the RALINK driver and also downloaded the kext for the respective card from here, so I *think* I'm doing it correctly, but I can't get the card to do anything. What I did: Installed kext with osx86 Tools, installed proper driver.dmg, changed persmissions for the files in Terminal, change file permissions, etc to no avail. Is there something i'm missing?
