learningguy
So I have X800 XT AIW AGP with 256MB. With Callisto 006 or 008 I can get the card to be recognized appropriately. However the bus is recognized as PCI. And CI is supported as Software and QE is not supported. I did a lot of search for couple of days and I see that many have got their x800 XT QE/CI enables in 10.4.6, but not in 10.5.2. So how do we get it enabled in Leopard? Let's get this thing working. Any suggestion would be great!

learningguy
Why is it a no? Is there any reason why it can't be done in Leopard but can be done in Tiger? Or is is simply a no?
Krazubu
Look at this post and replace "GMA 900" by "ATI X800XT"
cyclonefr
simply because Leopard doesn't have X800 drivers compiled for Intel but only for PPC. Can we put Tiger's drivers ? Nope ! OpenGL has changed too much in Leopard to use the old Tiger drivers. So it will NEVER work because Apple won't make any Intel X800 drivers for you hackintosh users . Have a nice day !
