jmvBMW Posted April 22, 2008 Share Posted April 22, 2008 Hola, I'm a newbie!! I have a Inspiron 1525 and jas 10.4.8. All right, only the usual don't work, the sound and the net. Sound Card: sigmatel 9220 he encontrado I found some drivers and tutorial and I'm trying. However, to the net, (Marvell yukon 88E8040) doesn't luck. I has been trying changing the vendor ID (435411AB), in 8036, 8055, 8038 drivers and nothing happens someone have luck??? Have too an Alcatel speedtouch usb 530, with the installer CD. I follwo the steps and nothing, in net utilities the device doens't appears, but in "about this mac" it is. Any suggestion? Cheers!! (sorry for my poor english, I'm living in Chile, Southamerica) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT: After tried with several drivers, finally I made that the card turn on. BTW, have not conection All the lights on card are on all the time (no blinking, both are static) Maybe need some other driver configuration? like speed or something?
