Full Version: Bizarr reboot while installing Leopard on Dell 300m. please help!

I read about some1 had success installing leopard on 300M. I pop the CD in, start the computer, F8 then -v. It goes about 7-8 lines and reboots by itself. I tried both 10.5.2 EFI and Leo4all. I also tried disable serials and parallels in Bios

please helppp

What do the last few lines say before rebooting?

try "cpus=1 -v" didnt work

the thing is, there are 3 lines that appears for a split of a sec right before the screen go black...

Does the screen go blank or does it freeze with the text there. Or does it reboot?
