Full Version: Updating 10.5.2
I know the Time Machine and AirPort updates will update my kernal = kernal panic. But what about Quicktime, iTunes, Front Row and Safari? Will those break my install?

Those will be fine, won't break anything.
You can even install Time Machine update, however, before you restart the computer, reinstall the old kernel that the Time Machine update put in.
Things should work out fine.
What are your system specs and are you running the vanilla kernel?
