I use LiteIcon for non shapeshitfer candybar replacements, make sure you have icon sets to default if you're using shapeshifter, here:

Or you'll have to use candybar...

not bad, but i hate that trashcan icon. not a fan of the finder sidebar icons either. the rest is good though.
