@ mutahir - Visit here and download what you wish. everything should download to the desktop...just down click to open and install, and when the window prompts click go to Preferences pane (i think its preferences). as far as the PPC version??? i use the universal binary.

as far as shapshifter...it doesn't work to my knowledge. however if you have 8f1111a you may be able to . check here

how do i get rid of the "eject" icon and how do i add my username to the menubar?
ralleria
For the eject button I use Tinkertool which is free and let you tweak the OS.
Concerning the username you have to enable the fast user switching (you should have more than an account, then click on Login Options)

Here's my desktop. It's pretty much as basic as basic gets. But hey, basic Mac is always 100 times better than basic Windows. biggrin.gif

It looks exactly the same on my Dual G5 and my Pentium 4 640 with 10.4.3 OSX86.
(I use a customized "Extras.rsrc", and "Finder.rsrc", never used Shapeshifter
since it slows down even the G5 and it doesn't even work on the PC.
Hope you are satisfied.

I used a customized minium set I desaturated in Iconographer,
the wall is also customized in Photoshop CS2 from something I saw a while back, (can't remember where),
and the theme is made in Themepark, based in Siro and a lot of other components,
and extracted as rsrc files through DLTA.
cabron
jesus christ! i cant imagine how much work it gave to you.
but okay, nice desk

I thought replacing the Extras.rsrc only showed the theme when using rosetta and the didn't skin spotlight.

On OSX86 there is an extra resource, "Extras2.rsrc that you also need to change with ThemePark.
Spotlight does not have anything to do with Extras.rsrc, you can change its looks very easily by
doing a "Show Package Contents" in the file Search.bundle which is located in System/Library/Core Services.

Here's my desktop, it's nothing fancy but I like it.

The robot is an ftp widget, the one under the weather is to mount shares on my windows machine.

And the black and white plus is a control for my xbox (made that one myself).

"She" got it from the icons I did from scratch at http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=6629

hysterical.gif "Custom. Benefits of being a graphic designer. I can send you the PSD if you want.." hysterical.gif

I can tell right away that you are a terible designer hysterical.gif, even if I did not know you took my work. Please send me the PSD, that way we can all see the fireworks png embedded I did. Way to go, Ms. Designer.

Note for Mods
I contacted Kevlar twice, but she denied using my work with out crediting me. It is explicitly said in the thread where I released the icons to post any modification in the same thread. Also whoever gets a download of those icons should comment on them as a payment. She did not do any of them.

Sure. I keep putting off an actual release on widget sites because part of my brain keeps saying it's not done. But it does anything I can think of, and it works well.

This is a konfabulator widget, so it would be windows compatible if I zipped it up. But then I'd lose the sexy widget icon.

Thanks, man! One of the very first things I thought of when I downloaded Konfabulator was an XBMC widget, but I didn't have the skills to make my own sad.gif

Now how would I go about making this widget Windows compatible?
nvm, I figured it out on my own.
