I use Silk, there is another way...but its not as easy and too involved to explain here. I have heard of others having issues with Silk, but its never been a problem for me.

Make sure your preference pane for Silk looks like this...subsitute Helvetica Neue Light for the replacement system font of choice.

That is NOT Finder ... It is PathFinder ( an app that is like Finder on steroids ... lol )

The theme is not finished yet ... Still tweaking bits and pieces ...

The theme is called LISCIO by rhyguy (poster) and argawal1 ...

If you click on the preview rhyguy provided it will take you to his DA page where you can download the theme ...

And my Desktop is a huge repository for random files, so that's why you see an SArtFile.bin copy there and a com.apple.loginwindow.plist file there.
All icon replacements done through CandyBar, and the kewl Dock is courtesy of SuperDocker.
And FYI, the flash drive there is just one that was really old. I was going to reformat it, but found several interesting files. Haven't gotten around to renaming it yet.

lol icons are from all over deviantart (except for wiitransfer and vmware, edited those from the original) theme is aqua inspirat 2.0 dock is a white dock i found, drive icons i already posted the link in the last post before my screeny and adium theme is HUD with 0% Opacity

Just installe the DMG? for mac? And the Dock and all goes like on your screen? I love it!

Here goes... the dock is dragthing with the background faded out, the strip along the bottom was added to the desktop picture with photoshop.
