The app is Adium and the icon is from deviantART (Lino Don Vito Corlino). The other information you want is on my deviantART page for the screenshot, the wallpaper, dock and X icon.

Yep, upgrading to Leopard was a bad choice. Of course it was only October so I didn't know it would be slow.
Plus, now I have 10 more GB of HDD to enjoy.
