I did it in photoshop. It's just a white rectangle with a picture above it. the tape is easy to make as well. Here is where you can find a guide on how to make a wallpaper like mine.

Finally got Leopard working on my old Celeron box.. no QE/CI though since I have GMA 900.

It's not the RAM that's the problem, it's the CPU. It's about 6% on mine.
OnyX Under Parameters go to General and it's called "Animated Desktop Background."
a wallsaver widget will do too :wink:
