Here is a more humble screen shot and note the rig it came from, my own Hackintosh G4 with ASRock 775 DUal 915gl mobo and Intel Celeron 330J 2.66Ghz core

no space theme, or do u like the grass?
I really do not like the space theme. Then again, the grass theme is a bit too "vista" for me. I just had not yet installed my own wallpapers. Only so much time to hack

The tivo app is Tivo Transfer that comes with Roxio 8 . As for the theme, its called GAIA theme for shapshifter
