Forget about Liger (sooooo sloooooow) in Tiger, use Leopard with the kernelhack. Works perfect! I use iWork '08 with the new Numbers, don't need that @#$#%$ MS Office anymore.

Couldn't try the Leopard 9A499 bycose, after patching the 9A499 DVD image and trying to reboot into the installation procedure, it hangs on the Apple bootscreen and after a while it returns a stopsign. I was busy whole day to try things out and messed up 4 DVD's and couldn't get it to work. My processor has sse3 instructions, needed by the 9A499 version, so that's not the issue. Maybe there was something wrong within the image, i don't know. So, i was little bit frustrated and downloaded the 9A466 version and works without a problem. I read on different locations that the 9A466 version is more stable dan the 9A499 version, haven't got a problem with the 9A466 so far, but i will give the 9A499 version one more try after a new download at a short time and keep you all informed

the nose looks a little high

Ok, refined it a bit. I didn't pay much attention to details. It's still a bit high though, but I maintained it that way so it looks good in the widescreen aspect.
