So I've got files on my mom's Vista laptop and I'm trying to get them on my MacBook. I thought that by just connecting the ethernet cable and making sure file sharing was enabled, it'd work. No, epic phailure. I've googled the topic too and most of it is XP/Tiger, even when I type 'file sharing leopard vista'. There was one guide but I don't think I followed it right cause it didn't work at all. Anyone here know what to do to get it to work?
