(I don't know why but this link is modifiied every time by the forum ?!?! ... use i h a c k i n t o s h istead of insanelymac for upper link)
Does EFI and/or the Vanilla kernel work? Used Chameleon supplied with Boot-132 torrent download. Vanilla kernel works (since original 10.5.6 Leopard installation DVD was used)

Note:
After installation and first boot, no QE/CI, I performed an update to 10.5.7, then after reboot I removed
nvkush.kext from hdd->extra->extensions directory (deleted it with finder), and used EFI graphic string (used OSx86 Tools), rebooted, and video acceleration/resolution changing was working as it should
Works great and is stable. I am using it overclocked to 3.2 GHz, which is ~23% faster than quad core Mac Pro (2009) but slower than Mac Pro 8 core. Graphic is faster.
Only issue is shutdown/restart... the computer must be turned off manually (the OS X shuts down completely, but some fans are still working - so you have to turn it manually). This is really minor issue.
