I thought I'd contribute my recent build, made possible thanks to everyone's help, thanks a lot!
It took about 6 hours to install and try a few after-installation patches. The computer is now completely usable and stable (have not tested Sleep yet however).

My initial overclock was unstable as I used the Turbo Performance mode, when I changed to Standard Performance Mode, system became very very stable.
At Standard Speed of 2.4Ghz System was very very stable. Ran it for over 16 hours with no problems. Will see how stable she runs over night at 3.0 Ghz. So far so good.
Additional specs:
Thermalright Heatsink Stays cool to the touch (with Yate Loon 120mm Fan spinning at 1100rpm)
Standard Gateway Case.

After many failed attempts to install Leopard in my system, I finally succeeded. My firsts attempts where with some iATKOS DVDs, with a BrazilMAC 10.5.1 version, no success at all. Lately I used the KALYWAY 10.5.2 DVD without any issue. I even managed to dual boot Vista and MacOS following the article "Hack attack..." of Laughing Squid.
How I did it:
Connect a separate hard disk for MacOS and disconnect your Windows hard disk, just in case something goes wrong... Boot the system with the Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD. Just hit ENTER to start without any options. Use Disk Utility to create a new partition MacOS Journaled, in my case MFT but BSD could also work. Customize, select all components except AMD, for Intel CPUs or everything except Intel for AMD CPU. Install, have some coffee because it takes about 30-40 minutes. Reboot, if successful it should boot automatically into MacOS without the need to remove the DVD-ROM. For dual boot, I didn't manage to copy the chain0 file since my knowledge of the Linux commands is too limited and I could not remember the "copy file" command. So I searched in Google and found a link to download it. I placed it in the root of my Windows disk and used the guide in "Hack Attack..." to create a new boot entry in Vista for MacOS. Now I can dual boot without any problem. I even found some drivers for my Realtek HD sound card, my HP Laserjet 3020 printer etc

How I did it:
Connect a separate hard disk for MacOS and disconnect your Windows hard disk, just in case something goes wrong... Boot the system with the Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD. Just hit ENTER to start without any options. Use Disk Utility to create a new partition MacOS Journaled, in my case MFT but BSD could also work. Customize, select all components except AMD, for Intel CPUs or everything except Intel for AMD CPU. Install, have some coffee because it takes about 30-40 minutes. Reboot, if successful it should boot automatically into MacOS without the need to remove the DVD-ROM. Misc
Monitor :- Viewsonic 1912 wb :- Detected and fully supported after installing NVinstaller
LAN :- Fully working DSL Modem
Sound :- Worked after installing Azalia audio patch
Optical Drive :- Working but burns at very low speed, takes about 2-3 hrs to burn a DVD. Sony DRU 835 A with IDE (no SATA)

LAN - Worked OOTB
Video - Working - with triakas HD2600 kext
Audio - Working - 2 speakers only with ALC883 Patch, System Preferences show Line in and Mic working, not tested.
Had to buy USB Keyboard, as the PS2 was only randomly working.
No other serious problems, atm.
