Since i want to somehow get my Xbench up (94.x right now) i am looking for the steps to take, to replace my current setup.
If i take a look in profiler, i can see ATIRadeoX1000 loaded, and ATY_Wormy (Atindrv.kext).
Would it be enough for me to swap those two, for Titan X1800XT and will my Pci-e card survive this swap ?

For reference, yes, it's possible to swap them out.
The installer overwrites with stock ati kexts and adds Natit. Then you need to edit and add in device id if it doesn't find your card. ( i looked in my old kext for it, and just added it..)
Works 100%.
Old xbench: 94.64
New Xbench: 117.63
(Test done w/o hdd)
As added bonus, now my display will also properly sleep after the screensaver
