i think all these accounts have been raped of there original passwords, i tried most of them and most of them have wrong passwords or dont exist it says

Looks like a case of social engineering. Someone/Company using this to gather info on sites where users come from to try to get illegal stuff.
(No guarantee, but kind of crap you see way too much on the Net these days.)
