Just found this little app - http://tvshows.sourceforge.net/

It's great, no more searching through the torrent sites to find the telly you missed. As an NTL user (who recently had Sky 1 pulled from our channel list) it's a fantastic way of grabbing the latest Lost episodes.

You'll need a BitTorrent app, just choose the shows you want, close the app and it does the rest.

Highly recommended.

Exellent, I just moved from windows and was really missing utorrents rss capability's!

I'm looking for an icon for it at the moment, if anyone has anything please post here...

This is nice too. Haven't used it on the mac side, but its great on windows.
