I recently updated my 10.4.6 JaS to 10.4.8 using the following guide:
Update to 10.4.8All went ok but now when I move the windows on my desktop or scroll lists, it's acting strange.See pics:

I had the same problem when I installed JaS 10.4.8 without the Natit drivers. I reinstalled the OS completely with the Natit drivers (NV40...) checked, and worked like a charm.

Is there a way to add the Natit driver(s) to my install WITHOUT having to reinstall OS X? (Aside from this problem, OS X x86 installed on my hackintosh with no problems.) I'd be very greatful for a solution.

I think you can. Look for the installer package on your JaS DVD.

The following worked great for me:

I tried Sedna's solution--I located the Natit NV40 Drivers in my JaS 10.4.8 disc, double-clicked it, and installed it. Problem resolved! Peace.
