I'm using osx86 with my nvidia 6200 card, which one is not compatible with QE and CI. But I was reading that some ATI cards actually supports it, and that's my question:
Is a good idea to sell my nvidia and buy a new ATI? Or it's too dangerous to buy an ATI because of the risk of apple find a way block future drivers so anyone could hack it, like the actual driver was hacked (i think so) to run on osx86?
I know np_ is doing a great job working on nvidia drivers, but reverse engineering is not easy, Wine exists for 10 years and is not able to run the majority of windows apps (ok ok, horrible comparison, sorry).
besides that, I'm very happy with my new OSX86 install
