For me it would be UT2004 and Halo Demo. Though I also do like playing Quake 4 and Marble Blast Gold a lot, they're also very good games.

Marble Blast Gold - I think I'm one of the few that finds Marble Blast entertaining.
Halo - For me, it's just one of those games that you can play over and over and it never gets old

For me it should be Bejeweled from PopCap Games, I can spend Hours playing the game, I just Love it.... 
I would have to say the eternal StarCraft: Brood War
Dark Castle or Pac the Man.
I like playing Warbirds and xplane - neither of which work well on my hackintosh gma950 
iConquer as pointed out by Mash works perfect without QE or CI. Awesome game too.
Glider works too without QE or CI.
I guess they are my favourite in Mac. Atleast they work.

I lost track of alot of my life when i got hooked to Diablo II 
Civ 3 is great, I just can't see the point in 4, the fancy graphics spoil it. Oh and I love my zx spectrum emulator, that was the best games machine ever built.

I have to say, one game that truly got me addicted was Dreamfall and Indigo Prophecy and Red Alert 2. Oh ya and Beyond Good and Evil.

same here, it's been great since they released a UB. i always find some way to entertain myself, it never feels like the same thing over again. only other gaming i do on my mac is with a snes emulator. ironically the only computer gaming i do is on a mac, i don't use my pc. the rest of my gaming i do on my consoles.

Seriously, that game has consumed my life. (not really) Even though it has to run through Rosetta, it still kicks some ass on my MacBook Pro.
Although every time I run it the fans go absolutely crazy... sounds like a freakin airplane revving up when i play Warcraft, but quiet during everything else. Very strange.

I wish Battle Realm would come natively to Mac world one day.
Quake 1 at the moment. I forgot how bloody brilliant that game is. I hadn't played it in several years, and even after games such as Half-Life 2, FarCry, and Doom 3 it still looks good and plays well. The level design is phenomenal. I'll probably play through Quake 2 next- that was a favourite of mine for awhile. I hear Quake 4 was dreadful in contrast to the first two but we'll see. It sure looks nice but the demo seemed way too contrived for my liking and took it's self too seriously. I'm generally an RPG player, but Dungeon Siege and Diablo are just about the only good RPGs available for Mac and I'm hooked on Gothic 3 for PC anyhow.
