Hello members of the forum,
As expected, I am here to seek your advice. My sister, being a new MAC fan
had let me user her OS X Leopard installation DVD. I figured that I would
use a virtualized MAC to see what all the commotion was about. Thanks to
Donk I was able to install it on VMWare Workstation 7.0.0 build-203739.

I must say, thank you Donk!
To return the favor, I had bought her (for her birthday) the Snow Leopard
upgrade. Needles to say she liked it. Of course I had tried to upgrade my
“fake MAC” only to be notified that this version is not supported.
- - From what little I know of the Hackentosh scene,
SnowOSX_Universal_10.6(432)GM-v3.5.iso was supposed to be the proper way to
upgrade (with Donk’s VMtools previously installed). Quite frankly, I do
not know how to use it! I am unable to boot from or manually run it.
Perhaps I am missing something obvious?
