Hi folks, i have the problem with Ideneb v1.3 10.5.5. (Earlier i've tried to install Kalyway 10.5.2 and it was rebooting every time when starts dos).

Now i am installing for the 4 time ideneb v1.3, but think it hopeless.
my steps:
1) Erased my SATA 250GB HDD. (did not divide it on partitions)
2) Installed Ideneb v1.3 10.5.5.
3) Reboot my PC
3) And it hangs on welcome white screen with gray apple smile.gif , the flush wheel begins to run and it hangs (sometimes the wheel spins & smt. hangs).

my hadrware:
Intel D805 dual core Pentium
Sata hdd 250GB
Ati Radeon X1600pro
2GB DDR2 RAM

Does anyone have a solution smile.gif ))? Thank's!

Try booting using various flags: "-v -x -f cpus1" any of those solo or a combination of some may get you going.

Thank's dude! it helps "-x cpus1" !

And one another question:
now i am inside the system already, but i have some different color scratches on the screen (it seems like no video driver). my video card is Radeon X1600PRO 256MB.

Can't help you there, try searching around. FYI, try -v cpus=1. Using -x puts you in to "safe mode" and I think there's some things that you can't do in that. Again, not 100%, but you want to be booting without flags ideally.

tried -v cpus=1 :but
Could not set much lookup policy for service apple (this message system prints for 4 lines).and then system stay again after this last line ?

Does it tell smtg?

Yeah, don't think I've seen that, and I don't know what you mean by smtg. Sorry. I would say that mine can kinda act funny at the first boot before setup. I found it would work best if my laptop had been off and not in use for a bit, like I'd install distro at night, go to sleep, then run the setup in the morning. Also having my wireless switch & nothing plugged into USB helped too. Or it seemed to, it could have just been the placebo effect.
