I have a Bluetooth adapater in my hackintosh (running OSX 10.5.8) and I am having some issues with lagging - some times, the bluetooth mouse doesn't respond properly and gets slow and sometimes, the keyboard misses key strokes.

Is there a bluetooth adapter that is fully compatible and that will work no problems?

. . you may need to install an upstreamclientdisabler kext - this sort of mouse-lag is associated with HDCP [what this upstreamcleint malarkey relates to] & some recent NV GPUs.

Your bluetooth adapter is just another way to connect a mouse via USB.

Thanks. Any idea where I could find out which kext I need?

. . confusingly, there are quite a few kexts named 'disabler.kext' some/most disable intelcpupowermanagement . . . look in the info to find one that disables appleupstreamuserclient

I found the one I use [in SL] from a post/resource at Stellarola's blog here . . . . t is called 'disabler.kext'
