I have a dell inspiron 1545 laptop and I installed the iAtkos v7 on my laptop. When I installed first time it worked fine. Later I had to format because I need linux for my work. So I deleted mac and then created 3 partitions to make triple boot(windows 7, ubuntu and then mac). But when I tried installing for the second time the keyboard and mouse drivers are not installed I guess. I could neither move the mouse not enter any letters. And I have a serious problem here. After everything is installed at the information I have to enter like configuring my wireless lan then I have to enter the password. Here my keyboard does not work and some random number is generated automatically not allowing me to enter. I am facing a serious problem. I need some solution to this problem. I tried using external keyboard and that didn't work either. Can any one give me a solution as early as possible.
Between I used this link to install the mac on my inspiron 1545.

Please help me out in resolving this problem or else give me proper steps to install so that I will be successful in installing mac on my laptop

From past experience, I know that OS X doesn't support PS/2 mouses or keyboards. If you were using a PS/2 keyboard before, try a USB keyboard.

Yea that is a USB keyboard and a USB mouse.

Can anyone help me with my issue ??
I tried running the scripts in other topics for keyboard and mice but none of them seem to be working. Any ideas ?
Why did it come for the first time and why is it not coming from the second install ?

1) on what type of drive did you install osx86?
2)does it matter that the drive must be "unallocated"?
3)please tell me how you did this

4)my system did not start leopard after i finished installing from the DVD.
5)it simply gave boot error (which i repaired from the the installation DVD(i have win7 and vista already installed on c and e respectively)).
6)Will i have to format the whole HD in in order to install Osx86?

Yes, I encountered the same problem with the keyboard like you, the screen automatically typed certain characters and do not let me do anything. I had tried to install again manytimes, and I guess you should have a fresh installation with the driver ApplePS2controller (or fix keyboard), and do not select VoodooPS2Controller. After that you can enter MAC OSX and your keyboard should functions normally. Now you should install VoodooPS2Controller and remove all the followed kext: appleps2controller.kext, appleacpips2nub.kext. (located in /system/library/extensions and /system/library/extensons/appleacpiplatform.kext/contents/plugins. And then you can have your normal keyboard and touchpad (if it's a laptop).
That's the exactly things I did with me laptop Dell Studio 1555 and Iatkos 10.5.7.
