can I move a song place while holding the left button on the mouse and draging it where I want?

What do you mean? From within iTunes you cannot rearrange your library with drag-n-drop, but you can drag things to playlists, rearrange playlists and you can also drag songs out of iTunes all together, say, to the desktop or wherever you want.
