Look at the TLD (Top-Level Domain) of the website in question, it's owned by Do1. They're the ones responsible for the.. err.. 'improvements' to the IM interface.

Fubra hosts, Do1 designs. It's their test site which hasn't been locked down properly, and was used to give admins/mods a preview of the changes before they went into effect.
