Haha, I saw that case the other day while looking for a Mac Pro case. Pretty interesting, good luck on your mod.

I just found a Mac Pro case in Hong Kong, and it's really gorgeous.
Some people say it's more difficult to mod that the G5, but apart if you talk full ATX, I don't see why.

For the mini Mac Pro: there is one side they dodn't take a picture of, and it seems to be a hole for showing the logo, or maybe wifi.. It's a bit too bad if that's the case.
