I know, it is really simplistic and sht, but it works. It is ten times better than opening terminal and doing the whole thingamajig.
If you can somehow improve it please do and post it here

I made it into an Automator workflow application, so everything *should* work in the background. YOU WILL NEED GROWL for this, as the final step involves a Growl window popping up telling you everything has been completed.
