Hi, I've recently just built a new PC and decided to install OSX on my pc. It only took a few tries, but mostly everything is working(audio, video etc). The PROBLEM is with my pci-wireless adapter (and all other pci slots). They seem to be invisible to osx. When I go into the hardware profile, OSX claims that there are no pci slots installed. What can I do to get these slots working, and my internet online.......

Any help is greatly appreciated...

system profiler doesn't always detect things doesn't mean it isn't working try iopcmcia kext

Insert some EFI strings. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/lofiversi...hp/t134842.html
Any way this will only show the devices in System Profiler (though the info is provided by you so you can write whatever you want). This will not make the device work. A pure cosmetics. smile.gif

Even if the device works it may not necessary be shown by the system profiler. It can work perfectly with out being show. The problem has roots in BIOS/EFI difference.
