Can someone help me figure out the kink in my network?

I have

Netgear wireless G router

Hackintosh desktop connected with ethernet cable
Win32 desktop, with lots of folders shared, an FTP server, and a VNC server connected with linksys wireless card
2 netbooks, connected wirelessly

I have lots of movies on the windows desktop I want to share.

Sometimes it connects fine, I can browse the SMB folders, connect and transfer with the FTP... and sometimes it just doesn't work at all... it always seems to have the same IP...

If I repair the network connection, it will usually work for a little... when it can't connect, the internet is still working fine on all computers.

I've completely disabled the windows firewall...

Any ideas?
