Post-Install Actions
after installation (after account creation),
DO NOT REBOOT/SHUTDOWN install SwitchResX and create a custom resolution (1280x800), disable all the other selectable resolution in SwitchResX.
Ethernet mod:

2. find the key string with "88E8055"
3. find the "<key>IOPCISecondaryMatch</key>" inside 8055 key

5. chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions
7. chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/Extensions
8. kextcache -k /System/Library/Extensions
9. sync
10. reboot
