What CMS does this site operate on?
The Forum and the rest of the site are integrated so seamlessly, Im trying to get a new CMS and this one seems to have a lot of customizations.

The frontpage system is wordpress (try going to /wp-admin and you'll see) but the forum runs other software. the site's very nicely tied together these components, done by the people at http://www.do1.uk.com according to the link in the footer.

Drupal and Joomla are both good open-source CMS options as well.
