I wouldn't count on that motherboard working, no. Jetway isn't known for either Hackintoshable boards, or high quality for that matter. There's a reason you can probably find that oddball motherboard (P35 chipset, DDR3 RAM?) pretty cheap- the build quality is probably terrible. But if you're up for being the guinea pig for Hackintoshing this board, give it a go. If by some miracle it actually works- add it to the HCL wiki of known working boards, and report your install method.
Otherwise, pick a known working board and matching RAM- everything else is fine.

It might work! Try it out! If it doesn't work, try booting with "cpus=1". You may still get multi-core by patching the DSDT.
