I need to install this driver for my resolution to work, I don't know how to do, or where to download the driver.

This isn't 45 Express Chipset Family. And I did search.

Yes, it is.

The video part of the 45 Express chipset IS the GMA 4500/G45 chipset. They are the same. EXACTLY the same, in fact.
