Hello.PLS help me.
I bought new Apple 24" LED Monitor
in Macbook it works perfect.
Now i want to connect my PC to this display.PLS help me.
Is there any way or any connector or any adaptr to "FIX My Problem"

Thanks

The Apple Monitors are Dual Link DVI or something that like that transmits the power through the connector. You need either an adapter so you can plug it in OR...get a graphics card that will support it.

That was the case with the old (plastic) Cinema Displays. The aluminium ones have normal DVI connectors and power plugs and the new LED one uses a Mini Displayport connector and a normal power plug.

There is no adapter that converts anything to Mini Displayport. You'll have to wait until some company releases a video card with Mini Displayport or untill a convertor is released if you want to use it on a PC.

It is not just the connector that is different with Displayport, the signal is also different from DVI or VGA, so a simple passive/mechanical convertor won't work.

Well, there is a cheap way and a sure way.
Cheap way will cost you $150: buy Nvidia GT 120 card with mini DisplayPort from Apple . It's similar GT 9500 so graphics will probably work. Some problems though are to be expected: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...p;#entry1179586

Well, you could always send it back to Apple for 15% restocking fee...

Sure way will cost you $2400: Mac Pro via Amazon...
