at that speed it looks stable so far...

temperature is between 40C to 46C with peak at 53C, anybody know if i run it warmer = disaster ?

ps: the X58_Mobo_Patch_Installer 3.6 by digital_dreamer is fantastic (specially to Run Retail DVD installer)

Well you ARE running a PC, correct?

Your system supports Windows. It does not support OSX. You can boot it with a hack but that is not exactly the goal, is it.

BTW: I'm typing this on a Mac Mini which is running Windows 7 RC1 natively with no hack. All the drivers came on my Apple OSX disc. Go figure...lol.

I've been running some benchmarks on OSX and Ubuntu and on a Hackintosh. OSX performs SUBSTANTIALLY lower than Ubuntu in these tests, but running the same tests on a Mac Mini OSX does better. So conclusion can be made that OSX is designed for the hardware apple puts out, if you put it on custom hardware it will more than likely perform worse.

Probably your Mac OS X installation is not properly configured, or your hardware is not the right for Mac OS X. In my case I have better results in MacOS X than in Windows (never bothered in testing ubuntu, since it lacks the software I use).
