im buying 10.5.6 box set. i finally decided i might want some starter programs and this is a cheap way to go in my opinion.
my question is about snow leopard. how much do upgrades cost? do you just buy another mac disc from the store for 130? are alot of upgrades free? i would expect i need to pay for snow leapard just because it sounds like a major adjustment to the os. im getting 10.5.6 only because im trying to stay within my compatibility requirements for now with pro tools 8.
