I'd really appreciate some help.
I have already installed Callisto drivers and fixed my screen resolution, but still some annoying problems with the mouse cursor...

You probably need to make binary patch of ATIRadeon9700.kext for your DeviceID.
The radeon 9700 drivers in Leopard are PPC only. Intel Radeon 9x00 support was dropped in Leopard.
Spockers had posted that in a very early Leopard build they had Radeon 9x00 extensions that were Intel and PPC. I don't know if they were ever posted.
