System is running iATKOS v1.0i, had everything working beautifully until I installed my new video card. After this I get a message that my machine must restart, to hold down the power button.
I'm not sure how to edit the plist.info from the boot disk. I am going to try removing the whole nvinject kext and see if that will at least let me build. Any other ideas?

i believe the 9600 gt requires at least 10.5.5. First I would switch the cards back get the data needed/wanted then install 10.5.6 by pcwiz (barebones install) and install the 9600 gt drivers via aquamacs nvidia 9 series installer but i don't know if you have time for that.

I've had no luck on my machine installing iATKOS v5i (I've tried just about all the possible settings in the installer), but it always immediately fails. The problem is, this machine as a D840 chip, not a C2D....at least that's what I *think* the problem is. The other alternative is given the number of partitions I have available, I might try a clean install of v1.0i into another partition and then hack around in the old one (if it will boot)...
