I continue to hear about people saying that if you update to the new 2.x Firmware you need to update your iTunes to 8.x
Well I haven't tried syncing on a PC yet, but I can sync my iPhone running Firmware 2.2 with my iTunes 7.7.1 just fine on my mac.
I'm not sure if this is normal because I didn't see anyone else mention it.

So I'm curious to know everyone else's results...
