how MAC OS X version i install on this ?

I would say go for Leopard, seeing as you have 2gb RAM. Tiger would be the choice if you had 512mb or so but Leopard should run fine.

I would suggest Tiger...

I upgraded to Leopard on my 1.33 iBook with 1.5 gig of ram. Performance even on the simple things was quite sluggish. Unless you need all the additional features, especially Time Machine I would go with Tiger.

i suggest leopard! (min processor requirements are G4 867 mhz and 512 mb memory).
leopard is very beautiful and has some interesting features like spaces and stacks that tiger does not have, so i would go for leopard

For that 1Ghz processor, I've had experience with the same system. I would recommend Tiger for speed. That processor isn't the latest and greatest. You can try Leopard and see how it performs.. but as i said, I seriously think about Tiger.
