Hi, guys.
I'll be short. I didn't do anything special, but my connection suddenly became so slow!

Of course everybody will say: it's your service provider, bla bla bla... but it's not.
I have booted Windows XP and it works great, fast like always.
THe problem is only on my MAC partition.
Is it possible that a file of mine was damaged and from that file is depending my connection? In that case, how to restore the previous situation? Do you know by any chance what I can do?

Maybe I should take the Install DVD and pretend to be upgrading my system?
Would it allow me to just upgrade without formatting etc.?

Please help, I am in a panic crisis!

I know all of you must be very busy with all the interesting topics of this forum, but please do something to help this poor soul which is suffering like crazy for surfing the Net at such slow speed!!!

That's very strange. Today I rebooted my OS (I did it also yesterday, several times) and the connection speed is perfect! I don't understand how it can happen. Does any of you guys have any idea about it?!?
