To All:

Have a m1330 and wanted to see if anybody has tried to 'transplant' a Studio 15 backlit keyboard in other Dell Laptops (including the m1330 model)?

Would be nice to have a backlit keyboard but am unsure if it can be done.

Any feedback is appreciated.

It wouldn't matter if you did do the transplant, my keyboards Backlight hasn't worked since I 1st installed Osx86. I think it has something to do with Darwin bootloader because I can make the Backlit keyboard work if I clear the Bios' memory by removing the battery & holding the power button down, but it goes out as soon as Darwin starts.
